Ladies, Leadership & Logistics

I'm a supply chain and logistics professional based in Mumbai, with an MBA in Global Logistics & Port Management from KU Leuven, Belgium. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and India's fast-evolving logistics landscape. My experience spans three countries and three kinds of work:

• EDR Antwerp Shipyard (MSC partner) — operational analysis, mapping logistics structures, designing process flows, and identifying inefficiencies across import-export operations.
• Foronex, Belgium — consulting engagement auditing logistics operations, building cost transparency frameworks, and improving supplier coordination.
• Semiconductor chemical logistics — research and compliance work across 800+ companies.

I currently work in logistics and operations at ASL Logistics, where I'm building ground-level understanding of how Indian supply chains actually function — not just how they're supposed to.

Alongside this, I founded and host Ladies, Leadership & Logistics, a podcast series featuring 50+ executives and leaders in global supply chain, from Coca-Cola, Lupin, Black Box, and beyond. We've generated 66K+ impressions and 8.8K+ clicks, and the show has become a small but real platform for women's leadership in a sector that still needs it.

I'm looking to build a career in supply chain strategy and consulting — specifically helping Indian companies strengthen their logistics infrastructure, reduce costs, and navigate the complexity of scaling operations.
